Please read the following points carefully as use of our website and purchase of products by you, means that you agree to them.

Events and training
The terms and conditions of Kaleidoscope courses will be published separately to accompany course details.

Enquires for courses, talks, conferences, consultations and training can be made via email, letter or telephone call.
Costs are dependent on the needs of each individual request. Estimates of costs can be given by email, post or telephone.

Cancellations
Detailed Terms and conditions of responsibilities and cancellations will be stated individually for each event.

For longer term courses a non refundable deposit will be required on booking.
Full payment will be due four weeks before the commencement of each course section. In the event of cancellation after this time it is unlikely that we will be able to give compensation but we will try to help.

24 hour notice is required for cancellation of any one off private consultations otherwise the client will be charged full consultation costs plus any expenses already incurred.

Disclaimer
For private colour therapy and Aura Soma sessions the client will be given a full explanation of the therapy involved. The client will complete a full medical form and disclaimer before any consultation and or treatment is given.

You can order products displayed on the products page by telephoning us or by completing an order form displayed on the web page.

Please note that payments must be made by cheque or postal order. Goods will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared with the bank.

If you have placed your order by email or have given details of email address by post you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your order. This does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet an order you have placed.

All product prices are shown on the website.
We aim to dispatch all items quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, your cheque must be written in pounds sterling and you will be notified of any extra post and packaging costs this may incur.

Items are non returnable unless faulty.
If you return a product in its original condition which is faulty or an item which you did not order we will refund the full cost of the item.
Items must be returned within 14 days. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection we suggest you use a secure delivery method.

Our Responsibility
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss of data or any other losses which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause us as a result of your misuse.
We make no promise that our website will not be interrupted or entirely error free.
We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet service for any reason beyond our control.
